Calculation overview
- Compression spring
A spring that uses the repulsive force to return to the force that is compressed. This is the most commonly used spring among coil springs.
In order to increase the perpendicularity of the spring, both ends are polished or the terminal is released outward or inward, depending on the application.
*During the calculation, you can select whether to grind or not both ends.
- Extension spring
Extension springs are widely used in coil springs, followed by compression springs.
The application is used in the form of a load in the pulling direction opposite to that of the compression spring. It is usual to raise a hook for receiving a load to both ends, but its shape is designed in a wide variety depending on the application.
*Optional hook shapes can be selected for calculation.
- Torsion spring
This is a spring that uses the repulsive force when the foot matched to the product to be incorporated is put on both ends and twisted. Compared with coil springs, the energy that can be stored with the same weight is large, so it is possible to design lightweight.
*For the quotation, we need to provide shape drawings separately.
- Conical spring
Coil springs are usually cylindrical, but conical springs are made by winding a material into a conical shape according to the name and processing it.The body bend can be reduced, and depending on the shape, the close contact height can also be reduced. A typical battery spring is used in the battery contacts of various types of remote controls.
